Information
You can easily install the CoolKeeper in several ways. Which place you choose in the garden or generally in the outdoor area is up to you. To be able to guarantee the ideal temperature for your drinks, we recommend that you place the CoolKeeper in a shady area. For a particularly strong cooling it is sufficient to irrigate the earth in the direct vicinity of the CoolKeeper. Due to the low ground temperatures, the drinks are kept nice and cool all year round and the whole thing is absolutely climate neutral, without any electricity consumption.
Installation with a
manual earth borer
You have decided to use a handheld earth borer? As far as the soil conditions are concerned, it leaves enough room for maneuver – both on soft and stony ground. It is best to use an extended version of the drill to reach the required depth.
Installation with a
electric earth borer
With an electric auger you need less power despite the greater weight and with about 20 minutes time the work is done quickly.
Installation with a
Spade
Alternatively, the hole for the CoolKeeper can be dug with a simple spade. This is where both the time and physical effort is at its highest.
